After 27 years when employment kept Rebecca and me in the Birmingham area, my working from home has meant our being able to choose where we want to live. So, 31 years after my first visit and seven years after buying a house there, we moved to the Isle of Skye in June 2004.
It's a beautiful place to live: I really ought to get some more photographs on the site so you can at least understand the visual appeal. Anyway...
